2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds apply only for accidental or duplicate payments.
• Platform commission fees are non-refundable once a project is completed or funds are disbursed.

3. Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay to the original payment method.

4. No Refund Situations

• Projects already delivered.
• Policy violations or account misuse.
• Services already rendered by freelancers.
