This Refund Policy outlines the terms for requesting refunds for payments made on PromptLancers.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds apply only for accidental or duplicate payments.
- Platform commission fees are non-refundable once a project is completed or funds are disbursed.
3. Subscription Payments
If you offer subscriptions (e.g., featured freelancer plans):
“Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.”
4. Processing Time
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay to the original payment method.
5. No Refund Situations
- Projects already delivered.
- Policy violations or account misuse.
- Services already rendered by freelancers.
