Promptlancers is an online platform that connects clients seeking digital services (including prompt creation, marketing, content generation, and related AI-powered work) with freelancers who offer such services. We act as a marketplace intermediary, not as an employer, agent, or representative of any user.

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

• You must register for an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• Promptlancers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may:

• Create a freelancer profile and offer services.
• Post projects or search for freelancers as a client.
• Communicate, negotiate, and complete transactions through the platform.

Users must not:

• Use the site for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload harmful code, spam, or misleading information.
• Circumvent payment systems or exchange contact details to avoid platform fees.

• Payments between clients and freelancers are processed through Promptlancers’ secure payment system or integrated partners.
• Promptlancers may charge a service fee or commission for each completed transaction.
• Fees are subject to change and will be clearly displayed before a transaction.

• Freelancers retain ownership of their work until full payment is made.
• After payment, the client obtains rights to the deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• Freelancers agree not to reuse or resell custom work provided to a client unless permitted by that client.

• All trademarks, logos, and site content on Promptlancers are owned by or licensed to us.
• Users retain ownership of content they create but grant Promptlancers a limited license to display and promote it on the platform.

• Promptlancers is not directly involved in disputes between freelancers and clients but may assist in facilitating communication.
• In case of a dispute, both parties are encouraged to resolve it amicably.
• If necessary, Promptlancers reserves the right to review the case and make a final determination regarding payments held in escrow.

Promptlancers provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding project outcomes or user conduct. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses arising from user interactions, transactions, or third-party actions.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

Promptlancers may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violating these Terms,
• Engaging in fraud or misconduct, or
• For any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new Terms.
